Interviewing
the candidates

The art director and art team gather art materials and references that will help to find bolder, more authentic art styles, find strong concepts, and proper art direction.

Shortlisting and collecting
candidate feedback

Within the 2-3 days of the interview, we offer feedback to candidates on how well their experience matches the project requirements.

Step 5
Affirmation of specialists
and offer

Once we have selected suitable specialists, we promptly inform the client and await their feedback and approval. Within 1-3 days, we then make a working offer to the approved specialists.

Step 6
Agreement on
commencement date

After hiring the selected specialists, we collaborate with them to identify a mutually convenient start date for the project. Typically, this agreement is reached around 2 weeks after the initial offer.
